Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website and engaging Central TTM for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
Services
Central TTM provides traffic management planning, on-site traffic control and equipment hire services across the Manawatu and Horowhenua districts. All services are subject to availability and applicable NZTA and local authority requirements.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if project requirements alter. All pricing is exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Equipment Hire
Hired equipment remains the property of Central TTM at all times. The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment during the hire period and agrees to return all items in the condition supplied.
Liability
While we take every reasonable care to deliver a safe and compliant service, Central TTM's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
