Traffic Management Plan (TMP) Request Form

Please fill out all known fields and give as much detail as possible about the methodology and programme dates, including contingency dates. Once submitted, our team will assign your TMP to a planner. Allow a minimum of 5 days for us to draft and submit the TMP; NZTA and Council approval timeframes are below.

  • Principal Details is the landowner, NZTA or Council.
  • Applicant/Bill Payer Details is who will be recorded as the applicant and billed.
  • Contractor Details is who is doing the physical work on site. This person will need to sign off the NZGTTM TMP.
  • Traffic Management Company: fill this in if you have your own in-house STMS or if Central TTM won't be the main TM provider.

Industry standard minimum timeframes (submission to approval):

  • GTMP / NZTA NZG: 15 days
  • Local Road project work: 15 days
  • Local Road minor works: 5 to 10 days
